Tell us what went wrong

This opens your email app with the report filled in. Press Send there. No email app? Write to support@pdf-pdf.site.

Your email app should now be open with your report. Press Send there to finish.

Before you write

  1. Open MCPress > Dashboard and fix anything red under Site checks.
  2. Check the troubleshooting guide.
  3. Note your MCPress and WordPress versions (Dashboard > Updates).
  4. If you can, add a screenshot or a short screen recording link.

Never send your license key, passwords or API keys in this form or by email. We will never ask for them.

Common questions

Open MCPress > Dashboard and fix anything marked under Site checks: your site needs https and permalinks must not be set to Plain. Then remove the connector in your AI app and add it again. See Troubleshooting.

Copy the key again from your purchase email, without spaces, and paste it under MCPress > Dashboard > License key. If the key is already used on another site, deactivate it there first. Still stuck? Use the form above and choose License or activation.

Log in to your account with the email you used to buy. You can download the latest version, see invoices and manage your sites there.

Updates appear under Dashboard > Updates like any other plugin. To update by hand, upload the new zip under Plugins > Add New and choose Replace current with uploaded. Do not delete the old plugin first.

If MCPress has a technical problem we cannot fix, report it within 48 hours of buying and we refund you. Please try the Free version first. See Refund policy.

Setup takes about two minutes with the docs. If you get stuck, send us a report with screenshots and we will walk you through it by email.
