Billing FAQ
Single is billed monthly at $5.99 for one site. Starter (2 sites) and Pro (5 sites) are billed once a year and cost less per month: Starter works out to about $2.42 a month.
All paid plans have every Pro feature; they differ in the number of websites and how you pay. Single: 1 site, monthly. Starter: 2 sites, yearly. Pro: 5 sites, yearly.
Yes. Install the free plugin, and when you buy a paid plan, paste the license key under MCPress > Dashboard. Nothing needs to be reinstalled and your connections stay.
Your subscription stops at the end of the period you paid for. The Pro features switch off and MCPress keeps working as the Free version. Nothing on your site is deleted.
Yes. If MCPress has a technical problem we cannot fix, report it within 48 hours of buying and we refund you. Please try the Free version first. See Refund policy.
Yes. Deactivate it on the old site under MCPress > Account and activate it on the new one.
Pro covers 5 sites. The Agency plan for up to 100 client sites, with role permissions and white label, is coming soon. Until then you can buy more than one license. Email us if you need a larger plan.
